FD0B6C4A8436A7501C8A3565800EFB72.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. This new species is tentatively placed in the O. (D.) pallida Group of Dampfitrichia subgenus of Kelley (1984) due to segment VII being without a ventral apicomesal process; segment VIII venter being shallowly excised apically and without dorsolateral processes; segment IX having its venter pointed anteriorly and protruding to the anterior end of segment VII; the inferior appendages distinct, short; and the aedeagus lacking a titillator and having a distal process. The male of Oxyethira jiquitaia sp. nov. is similar to that of O. longissima Flint 1974 in the general shape of the inferior appendages, and O. macrosterna Flint 1974 in the general shape of the subgenital process. However, in the new species, segment IX in lateral view extends a bit further than the anterior margin of segment VII, but in O. longissima and O. macrosterna, segment IX is much more prolonged.	en	Neto, Jaime De Liege Gama, Passos, Mahedy Araujo Bastos (2022): Two new species of Oxyethira Eaton 1873 (Trichoptera: Hydroptilidae) from Roraima state, Brazil. FD0B6C4A8435A7561C8A3100875BFE3F.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. This new species is tentatively placed in the Tanytrichia subgenus of Kelley (1984) due to segment VII lacking an apicomesal ventral process; segment VIII lacking dorsolateral processes and having its venter excised to the anterior margin; segment IX venter being elongate, protruding anteriorly into segment VI; subgenital processes being fused distomesally; and aedeagus having 2 long, lateral processes beginning at midlength. The male of Oxyethira (Tanytrichia) librina is similar to that of O. hozosa Harris & Davenport 1999 in segment IX having one narrow process posteroventrally in lateral and ventral views. However, in the new species that process in ventral view is produced into a long mesoventral process with a subapical constriction and a rounded apex while in O. hozosa that process is a pair of finger-like mesoventral processes.	en	Neto, Jaime De Liege Gama, Passos, Mahedy Araujo Bastos (2022): Two new species of Oxyethira Eaton 1873 (Trichoptera: Hydroptilidae) from Roraima state, Brazil.
