Head: shining, vertex protruding; frontal rostrum flat and as wide as the 1 st antennal joint; ocelli small, the middle one flattened and in line with the lateral ones (Fig. 5 C); maxillary palpi normal. Thorax: anterior and posterior margin parallel and almost straight; one oval tympanum on outside of foretibia and one small tympanum on inner side (Fig. 5 E, F); forewings well developed with one dividing vein, 2.5 – 3 times as long as pronotum, but not reaching the apical part of abdomen (Fig. 5 A); hind femora longer than hind tibia, hind tibia with 6 dorsal spurs on outer side and 5 spurs on inner side (Fig. 5 G); epiproct and cercus typical. Genitalia: a pair of epiphallic posterior lobes with pointed apex directed upwards; ectoparameron not reaching the apex of epiphallus lobes, inner sides of ectoparameron curved downwards (Fig. 6). Nymph (Female). Similar to male, but hind tibia with 6 pairs of dorsal spurs (Fig. 5 B, D). Coloration. Adults: Body dark black, the antenna and legs with black and white stripes, the spurs on hind tibiae brown, cercus black with base segments white (Fig. 2). Measurements (in mm). Male: body length 14.34, pronotum length 2.27, hind femur length 8.28, forewing length 7.24.
