Body length (including tegmen): ♂, 5.9 mm.

Description. Color pattern of anterior dorsum and face as in Figs.1, 2, 5–7. Body dark brown with black area in middle of crown. Ocelli with red circle. Frontoclypeus with funnel-like dark area medially. Pronotum with irregular markings symmetrical on both sides in the anterior margin, brown longitudinal line densely marked with small black spots on either side. Mesonotum on both sides dark brown. Scutellum stramineous. Width between eyes nearly 6 times middle length of crown, coronal suture indistinct. Distance from ocellus to eye about 3.6 times ocellar diameter. Hind femur macrosetal formula 2+2+1.

Male genitalia. Pygofer caudal margin with small lobe on both sides medially (Fig. 8). Caudo-dorsal margin convex, with numerous macrosetae on dorsal margin and many short setae on caudal area (Figs. 9). Subgenital plate triangular, tapered to apex, with several hair-like setae on outer margin (Fig. 11). Style elongate, apophysis evenly tapered to pointed apex (Fig. 12). Aedeagal apodeme nearly rectangular in frontal view (Fig. 10). Aedeagal shaft wide at the base and narrow at the apex, and apex with spicules. Gonopore one-third distance from apex of shaft (Figs. 13–15).

Female unknown.

Type Material. Holotype: 1♂, China: Yunnan province, Pingbian city (103° 40′ 33″ E, 22° 58′ 14″ N), 4 June 2016, collected by Wang Yingjian.

Remarks. The new species is similar to S. loberus, but can be distinguished from the later by: i) frontoclypeus with a black longitudinal patch medially; ii) pygofer caudal margin with many short setae; iii) aedeagus without rounded posteroventral lobe near base.

Etymology. The new species name is derived from the Latin word “gracilitus” (gracile) which refers to the slender style.

Distribution. China (Yunnan province).
