Isolated from the air of Pech-Merle cave, CBS 147188, preserved in a metabolically inactive state. Etymology: — The epithet pechmerlense refers to the place where the species was isolated, namely the Pech-Merle cave. For a detailed description see: Leplat et al. (2021), Phytotaxa 521 (2): 89.
