038B87ACFFB1FFF245405232FB16A451.taxon	discussion	Remarks: The only characters that distinguish this questionable species from D. byblica are the number of vesicles (3 vs. 4) and the somewhat longer tubercula (1 / n 25, 26 – ½ 29 vs. 26 – 28). To reveal its exact identity, revision of all D. byblica synonyms and similar species is necessary. However, we can’t exclude that these specimens represent a new species.	en	Szederjesi, Tímea, Pop, Victor V., Pavlíček, Tomáš, Márton, Orsolya, Krízsik, Virág, Csuzdi, Csaba (2018): Integrated taxonomy reveals multiple species in the Dendrobaena byblica (Rosa, 1893) complex (Oligochaeta: Lumbricidae). 038B87ACFFBEFFFD44B952ACFA9BA64D.taxon	discussion	Remarks: Dendrobaena annectens was first described as a variety of ganglbaueri until Pop (1949) synonymized both with D. byblica. Zicsi & Pop (1984) examining extensive material from the Southern Carpathians and a syntype housed in Michaelsen’s Collection (Hamburg) recognized that the male pores of this species are shifted backward to the beginning of the clitellum, therefore they removed it from the synonymy of D. byblica and placed it in Fiztingeria. However, Fitzingeria has proven to be polyphyletic. Therefore, we here place all previous Fitzingeria species including annectens in Dendrobaena.	en	Szederjesi, Tímea, Pop, Victor V., Pavlíček, Tomáš, Márton, Orsolya, Krízsik, Virág, Csuzdi, Csaba (2018): Integrated taxonomy reveals multiple species in the Dendrobaena byblica (Rosa, 1893) complex (Oligochaeta: Lumbricidae). 038B87ACFFBFFFFF474F55A7FAA9A4A7.taxon	discussion	Remarks: The results of the phylogenetic study clearly showed that this species is quite distant to D. byblica. The genetic distances also justify the elevation of olympiaca to species rank. The closest relatives of this species are the two new Romanian species and D. annectens. Dendrobaena olympiaca differs from D. herculis sp. nov. and D. transylvanica sp. nov. by its longer clitellum (25 – 30 vs. ½ 24 – ½ 30, 25 – 29, respectively) and the characteristic glandular papillae confined to the setal line c in region of segment 9 – 11 (Table 4).	en	Szederjesi, Tímea, Pop, Victor V., Pavlíček, Tomáš, Márton, Orsolya, Krízsik, Virág, Csuzdi, Csaba (2018): Integrated taxonomy reveals multiple species in the Dendrobaena byblica (Rosa, 1893) complex (Oligochaeta: Lumbricidae).
