Non-type material. Strain PSE (Cantareira, São Paulo, Brazil): 61 males dissected .

Male terminalia. The hypandrium, the aedeagal sheath, aedeagal apex, aedeagal ventral processes and pregonites of this species resemble those of D. nigrosaltans (Fig. 7A–E). The aedeagal dorsal crest is lower in D. pseudosaltans (Fig. 7B). The most notable difference between these species is in the ventral postgonites with wider, darker, and slightly bifurcate ends in D. pseudosaltans (Fig. 7B–D).
