BD6A8785FF9A9D16FF74FF602F35AC88.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. Superficially, members of the genus (Figs 1 – 14) are reminiscent of some narrow winged groups of the genera Aemene and Siccia. However, they can easily be distinguished by the bipectinate antennae of males. The male genitalia structure of Sicciaemorpha (Figs 15 – 21) is most similar to that of the superficially dissimilar genus Padenia Moore, 1882 (illustrated by Holloway (2001: pl. 6, figs 18, 19 )) due to the long membranous distal lobe taking up to 1 / 2 of the total length of the valva and separated from the costa, and the short costa terminating at the base of the membranous distal lobe and bearing a robust process directed dorsally. However, in the genital capsule of Sicciaemorpha, the tegumen and the vinculum are markedly longer (in comparison to the length of valvae) than in Padenia (illustrated by Holloway (2001: gen. figs 319, 320 )), the costal process is unilobate, triangular or stick-shaped (whereas that of Padenia is complex and usually bearing several various shaped processes), and the sclerotized ventro-distal lobe of the valva is present (an autapomorphic feature, absent in Padenia). Additionally, the sacculus of Sicciaemorpha is long (ca. 1 / 2 of the valva length) and bearing a distal process, whereas in Padenia it is conspicuously shorter (ca. 1 / 3 of the valva length) and bearing a subbasal process directed distally. The aedeagus of Sicciaemorpha is long (approximately the same length as the valva or somewhat longer in certain species) and thin (similar to those of Philenora Rosenstock, 1885, Exilisia Toulgoët, 1958 and related genera), and has a short vesica (ca. 1 / 3 of the aedeagus length) bearing a cluster of spinules, while in Padenia, the aedeagus is shorter and wider (in comparison to the genital capsule) and the vesica is much broader and having diverticula and fields of granulation. The female genitalia of Sicciaemorpha (Figs 22 – 27) are fundamentally different from those of Padenia (illustrated by Holloway (2001: gen. fig. 328 )) in the following aspects. The antrum of Sicciaemorpha is long (from 1 / 2 to 3 / 4 of the ductus bursae length) and more or less caliciform, having a deep ventral incision and is fully fused with 7 th abdominal segment which are well-sclerotized and bearing ventro-lateral pockets, whereas the antrum of Padenia is short (ca. 1 / 3 of the ductus bursae length) and trapezoid, and the 7 th abdominal segments are weakly sclerotized and lack pockets. The anterior section of the ductus bursae of Sicciaemorpha is narrow (ca. 1 / 2 of the antrum width) and membranous, whereas it is wide (almost wide as the antrum width) and bearing elongate clusters of spines in Padenia. The corpus bursae of Sicciaemorpha is globular and lacking spines, whereas it is sack-like and bearing wide clusters of spines in Padenia. Additionally, the appendix bursae of Sicciaemorpha is small (in comparison to the corpus bursae), gelatinous and positioned ventro-posteriorly at the junction of the ductus and the corpus bursae, whereas in Padenia the appendix bursae is large (about 1 / 4 of the size of the corpus bursae), conical, membranous, and positioned laterally.	en	Volynkin, Anton V., Černý, Karel (2021): Taxonomic review of the genus Sicciaemorpha van Eecke (Lepidoptera Erebidae: Arctiinae), with descriptions of six new species from Malaysia and the Philippines. Tegumen moderately long (ca. 2 / 3 of valva length) with relatively narrow arms. Vinculum somewhat shorter than tegumen, with short (ca. 1 / 4 of its length) and moderately sclerotized, U-shaped or rectangular saccus. Juxta elongate shield-like. Costa of valva short (terminating at base of membranous distal lobe), with robust and apically pointed process directed dorsally and ventral protrusion almost reaching base of ventro-distal process of valva. Distal lobe of valva large (ca. 1 / 2 of valva length), elongate, membranous. Ventro-distal process of valva large (from 1 / 4 to 3 / 4 of valva length), heavily sclerotized, fused basally with basal section of distal saccular process, directed distally or ventro-distally. Sacculus narrow (from 1 / 3 to 1 / 2 of valva width), with heavily sclerotized and apically pointed distal process directed distally or somewhat curved dorsally. Aedeagus long (approximately same length as valva or somewhat longer) and thin, in certain species somewhat curved distally, with well-developed coecum and elongate, thin and apically pointed carina. Vesica short (ca. 1 / 3 of the aedeagus length), narrow (as aedeagus width of somewhat broader), curved laterally, and bearing dense cluster of small spinules. Female genitalia (Figs 22 – 27). Papillae anales rectangular with rounded corners, weakly setose. Apophyses posteriores elongate and thin, apophyses anteriores thin, approximately twice or three times shorter than posteriores ones. Ductus bursae elongate and relatively narrow (length with width ratio from 3: 1 to 4: 1), its anterior section membranous. Antrum wellsclerotized, long (ca. 1 / 2 to 3 / 4 of ductus bursae length), round or caliciform, with deep incision ventrally. Margins of antrum fused with sclerotized 7 th sternite forming entire structure with strongly elongate postvaginal area and shallow ventro-lateral pockets on the sides of ostium bursae. Corpus bursae globular, membranous with very weak granulation. Appendix bursae short and narrow (in comparison to corpus bursae), gelatinous, positioned ventrally or laterally at the junction of ductus and corpus bursae.	en	Volynkin, Anton V., Černý, Karel (2021): Taxonomic review of the genus Sicciaemorpha van Eecke (Lepidoptera Erebidae: Arctiinae), with descriptions of six new species from Malaysia and the Philippines. BD6A8785FF999D16FF74FCD92E42AAAE.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. The forewing length is 10.5 mm in males and 10 mm in female. The species is easily distinguishable from other congeners by its forewing with the subapically convex costal margin, the pale ochreous forewing coloration with a strong brown suffusion in the medial and subterminal areas, and the terminal line interrupted into a complete row of distinct dark brown dots between the veins (whereas in other species it is present as a row of three spots or (in S. yumun sp. n.) as a row of diffuse small brown dots. The male genital capsule of S. ivyalba is unmistakable due to the large, club-shaped ventro-distal process of the valva which is positioned ventrally, longer and wider than the distal membranous lobe of the valva and bears a dense row of robust setae on the distal round margin. Additionally, the male genital capsule of S. ivyalba differs from those of the congeners by the relatively short, straight, thorn-shaped costal process, the heavily sclerotized and curved ventral protrusion of the costa (it is more straight and weakly sclerotized in the congeners), and the short (in comparison to the length of the valva) but basally dilated distal saccular process with a claw-like tip (it is more elongate and less dilated basally in the congeners). The aedeagus of S. ivyalba is similar to those of S. yumun sp. n. and S. langgona sp. n., but the coecum is more curved. The female genitalia of S. ivyalba differ from those of other congeners (when known) by the very wide (ca. 1 / 3 of the width of the 7 th sternite) ventro-lateral pockets of the 7 th sternite having smooth margins, and the short (taking somewhat less than 1 / 2 of the length of the aedeagus) and narrow (no wider than the ductus bursae) antrum.	en	Volynkin, Anton V., Černý, Karel (2021): Taxonomic review of the genus Sicciaemorpha van Eecke (Lepidoptera Erebidae: Arctiinae), with descriptions of six new species from Malaysia and the Philippines. The new species is most similar superficially to S. nebulibia sp. n., but can easily be distinguished by its pale ochreous wing coloration (it is white in S. nebulibia sp. n.). The male genitalia of S. langgona sp. n. differ from those of other congeners by the short (ca. 1 / 4 of the length of the membranous distal lobe) and asymmetrical costal processes (the right one is longer and narrower than the left one), while in other congeners the costal processes are symmetrical. The ventro-distal process of the valva of S. langgona sp. n. is similar to that of S. pleiadina sp. n., but is somewhat narrower medially and constricted subapically (whereas it is smoothly narrowed distally in S. pleiadina sp. n.). The distal saccular process of S. langgona sp. n. is stick-like and bearing a claw-like tip, whereas in other members of the genus the distal saccular processes are smoothly tapered distally. The aedeagus of S. langgona sp. n. is similar to that of S. pleiadina sp. n., but is somewhat longer (in comparison to the length of the valva) and having a slightly wider coecum (in comparison to the aedeagus width). BD6A8785FF989D10FF74F8E82859A9B1.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. The forewing length is 10 – 10.5 mm in both sexes. Superficially, the new species is reminiscent of S. danepan sp. n. due to the white coloration, but differs by the somewhat less elongate forewing and the larger black spots on the forewing costa. The male genital capsule of S. nebulibia sp. n. is most similar to that of S. langgona sp. n., but differs by the shorter (ca. 1 / 5 of the length of the membranous distal lobe vs. 1 / 4 in S. langgona sp. n.) and symmetrical costal processes (they are asymmetrical in S. langgona sp. n.), the shorter (in comparison to the length of the membranous distal lobe) and distally tapered and curved ventro-distal process of the valva (in S. langgona sp. n., it is longer than the membranous distal lobe, distally wider and almost straight, and apically rounded and setose), and the shorter (in comparison to the length of the membranous distal lobe) triangular distal saccular process (it is longer and stick-shaped in S. langgona sp. n.). Additionally, in S. nebulibia sp. n., the uncus is medially dilated (whereas it is dilated subbasally in S. langgona sp. n.), and the saccus is rectangular (whereas it is U-shaped in S. langgona sp. n.). The distal section and the carina of the aedeagus are dentate ventrally, whereas aedeagi of the congeners have smooth surface. The female genitalia of S. nebulibia sp. n. differ clearly from those of other congeners (when known) by the large ventro-lateral pockets of the 7 th sternite, the wider anterior section of the ductus bursae (in comparison to the corpus bursae width), and the larger, globular appendix bursae (whereas it is small and elliptical in other species of the genus). The antrum of the new species is similar to that of S. pleiadina sp. n., but differs from it by the shallower and rectangular incision of the ostium bursae, whereas that of S. pleiadina sp. n. is deeper, narrower and triangular.	en	Volynkin, Anton V., Černý, Karel (2021): Taxonomic review of the genus Sicciaemorpha van Eecke (Lepidoptera Erebidae: Arctiinae), with descriptions of six new species from Malaysia and the Philippines. BD6A8785FF9F9D12FF74FA852E33ACAC.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. The forewing length is 9 mm in both sexes. The new species is superficially reminiscent of S. reducta sp. n., but is distinguished by the somewhat larger size, the wider forewing, the darker coloration of the body and both wings, and the larger black spots and more distinct longitudinal pale stripes on the forewing. The male genital capsule of S. pleiadina sp. n. can easily be distinguished from those of the congeners by the relatively long costa (the longest in the genus) bearing a longer and almost straight process. The ventro-distal process of the valva of S. pleiadina sp. n. is similar to that of S. langgona sp. n., but in S. pleiadina sp. n. it is somewhat wider medially and smoothly narrowed distally, whereas in S. langgona sp. n. it is narrower medially and constricted subapically. The distal saccular process of S. pleiadina sp. n. is similar to that of S. danepan sp. n. The aedeagus of the new species is similar to that of S. langgona sp. n., but is somewhat shorter (in comparison to the length of the valva) and having a shorter coecum (in comparison to the total length of the aedeagus). The female genitalia are reminiscent of those of S. danepan sp. n., but differ by the large and well sclerotized ventro-lateral pockets of the 7 th sternite (they are reduced in S. danepan sp. n.), the longer antrum (taking ca. 3 / 4 of the length of the ductus bursae), and the thicker appendix bursae.	en	Volynkin, Anton V., Černý, Karel (2021): Taxonomic review of the genus Sicciaemorpha van Eecke (Lepidoptera Erebidae: Arctiinae), with descriptions of six new species from Malaysia and the Philippines. BD6A8785FF9C9D13FF74FF282937A955.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. The forewing length is 11 mm in both sexes. Sicciaemorpha danepan sp. n. is similar superficially to S. nebulibia sp. n., but is distinguished by the somewhat more elongate forewing with the smaller black spots at the costal margin. The male genital capsule of S. danepan sp. n. differs from those of the congeners by the wide (equal to the width of the distal lobe), almost rectangular ventro-distal process of the valva having a narrow and apically setose process originating from its disto-dorsal corner. The costal process of the new species is similar to that of S. reducta sp. n., but in S. danepan sp. n. it is longer (ca. 4 / 5 of the length of the distal lobe), thicker and evenly curved, whereas that of S. reducta sp. n. is shorter (ca. 1 / 2 of the length of the distal lobe), thinner and curved medially. The distal saccular process of S. danepan sp. n. is similar to that of S. pleiadina sp. n. The aedeagus of the new species is similar to that of S. reducta sp. n., but is somewhat shorter (in comparison to the length of the valva) and thicker, and the vesica is slightly broader. The female genitalia of S. danepan sp. n. are most similar to those of S. pleiadina sp. n., but differ by the reduction of the ventro-lateral pockets of the 7 th sternite (in S. pleiadina sp. n., they are large and well sclerotized), the conspicuously shorter antrum (ca. 1 / 2 of the length of the ductus bursae vs. 3 / 4 in S. pleiadina sp. n.), and the approximately twice narrower appendix bursae.	en	Volynkin, Anton V., Černý, Karel (2021): Taxonomic review of the genus Sicciaemorpha van Eecke (Lepidoptera Erebidae: Arctiinae), with descriptions of six new species from Malaysia and the Philippines. BD6A8785FF9C9D13FF74FBE22DF6AAAF.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. The forewing length is 8.5 mm in both sexes. Sicciaemorpha reducta sp. n. is similar superficially to S. pleiadina sp. n., but differs by the somewhat smaller size, the narrower forewing, the paler coloration of the body and both wings, the smaller black dots, and the diffuse longitudinal stripes on the forewing. The male genital capsule of S. reducta sp. n. is most similar to that of S. danepan sp. n., but can easily be distinguished by the willow leaf-shaped ventro-distal process of the valva (it is rectangular with a narrow and setose additional process in S. danepan sp. n.) and the shorter (ca. 1 / 2 of the length of the distal lobe vs. 4 / 5 in S. danepan sp. n.) and thinner costal process curved medially (whereas it is evenly curved in S. danepan sp. n.). Additionally, the uncus of S. reducta sp. n. is thinner and less curved than in S. danepan sp. n., and the distal saccular process is somewhat more elongate and less curved in comparison to that of S. danepan sp. n. The female genitalia of S. reducta sp. n. differ clearly from those of the congeners (when known) by the presence of two long, narrow, and apically bifurcated heavily sclerotized postvaginal processes of the antrum directed posteriorly. The ventro-lateral pockets of the new species are one of the widest in the genus, similar to S. ivyalba, but having somewhat sinuous margin (whereas it is smooth in S. ivyalba). The antrum of S. reducta sp. n. is short (less than 1 / 2 of the length of the ductus bursae) and nearly round, whereas it is strongly elongate and / or more or less caliciform in the congeners.	en	Volynkin, Anton V., Černý, Karel (2021): Taxonomic review of the genus Sicciaemorpha van Eecke (Lepidoptera Erebidae: Arctiinae), with descriptions of six new species from Malaysia and the Philippines.
