Based on the small size of the body and the shape of apex of the aedeagus, this new species is closely related to L. davidiana Rougemont, 2000 (China: Sichuan province), but differ by the moderately lighter colorations, by the smaller yellow rounded macula on each elytron (L. davidiana with subtriangular larger maculae), by the lighter pubescence, by the coarser punctation of the forebody and by the shorter and wider parameres without pubescence. In addition it is readily separated from the congeners with round elytral spots (L. aureomontis Rougemont, 2000 (China: Sichuan province), L. brevimaculata Ma & Li, 2012 (China: Zhejiang province), L. erythra Ma & Li, 2012 (China: Zhejiang province), L. fikaceki Shavrin, 2013 (Jiangsi province), L. flavopunctata Rougemont, 2000 (China: Zhejiang province, Hunan province, Jiangsi province), L. pulcherrima Rougemont, 2000 (China: Jiangxi province, Zhejiang province) and L. rufopunctata Rougemont, 2000 (China: Zhejiang province, Jiangsi province, Beijing province )) as follows: From L. brevimaculata and L. flavopunctata by the longer body length and longer pronotum, by the lighter coloration, by the pronotum without visible impressions. From L. aureomontis and L. rufopunctata by the smaller and narrower pronotum, by the lighter coloration, by the smaller round maculae on elytra more moved to the anterior third. From L. erythra by the darker coloration, by the narrower pronotum and by the denser puncturation of the forebody. From L. fikaceki by the narrower and insignificant smaller body, by the lighter coloration and by the pronotum without visible impressions. From L. pulcherrima by the smaller and not parallel body, by the more transverse pronotum, by the coloration (L. pulcherrima with brilliant metallic blue body, femora, tibiae and first antennomeres, with round orange macula near the middle of each elytron). From all these species L. hajeki differs by the shape of aedeagus, parameres and internal structure of the endophallus. For illustrations of the compared species see Ma & al. (2012), Ma & Li (2012), Rougemont (2000) and Shavrin (2013).	en	Shavrin, Alexey V. 052487E7324EFFFBFF4DF9D3FB39FCC9.taxon	discussion	Comparative notes. Based on the shape of strongly transverse pronotum with large deep foveae on lateral margins, short antennae and enlarged maxillary galea extending apices of mandibles, the new species is closely related to L. septemmaculata Rougemont, 2000 and L. rufimarginata Rougemont, 2000 (both known from China: Shaanxi province). From L. septemmaculata it is differ by the smaller size, by the more transverse pronotum, by the shorter antennomeres, by the elytra with six yellow maculae, by the character of pubescence on the elytra (apical margins of elytra of the new species with area of long dense yellow pubescence). From L. rufimarginata it is differ by the more transverse pronotum and by the more light coloration with yellow macula on each elytron.	en	Shavrin, Alexey V. 052487E7324EFFFBFF4DF9D3FB39FCC9.taxon	discussion	Remarks. I am not assigning the new species to any known subgenus of the genus Lesteva herein. The presence of such morphological characters as a very deep fovea on lateral margins of the pronotum in these three species suggests a new subgenus closely related to the European subgenus Lestevina Bordoni, 1973, but, nevertheless, the known Chinese species listed in the Comparative notes above are less convex and more finely punctated, and also differs by the original structure of the maxilla (maxillary galea extending to the apices of the mandibles), by the shorter antenna and by the more transverse pronotum. No male was known among these three species until now, so the erection of a new subgenus is possible after the study of the male genitalia in the future and phylogenetic analysis of species of the entire genus (see also Rougemont 2000).	en	Shavrin, Alexey V.
