Epiproct with small apical incision and ventral sclerite expanded ventrally into a large semicircular ridge. Outer lobe of paraproct strongly sclerotized, apically with two slender spines. Male. Body length 4.2 mm; forewing length 6.7 mm, hindwing length 5.5 mm. Head, compound eyes, antennae, and mouthparts dark brown. Thorax brown. Wings hyaline. Legs brownish. Abdomen yellowish with pale hairs. Terminalia (Figs. 1 – 5): Terga 9 and 10 weakly sclerotized, with two groups of tiny spines and hairs at mid­posterior margin respectively. Sternum 9 with claviform vesicle; hypoproct wide basally, then gradually tapering toward tip. Tergum 10 constricted medially, with large mid­posterior incision, hind margin mostly sclerotized. Cercus slightly sclerotized, longer than wide. Epiproct long, recurved, dorsal sclerite with a small incision, with ventral sclerite strongly sclerotized, broad at base and becoming narrower toward apex, expanded ventrally into a large semicircular ridge with black spines. Paraproct divided into three lobes: outer lobe distinctly sclerotized and curved inward, apically with two slender spines, outer spine of left outer lobe bifurcated apically while of the right one not; median lobe slightly sclerotized, basally broad and tapering toward apex; inner lobe sclerotized and curved upward, about as long as outer and median lobes, with pointed tip. Female. Unknown. Type Material. Holotype 1 male, CHINA: Fujian, Meiluowan, 1980. XI. 14, F. Jiang. Distribution. China (Fujian). Etymology. The species is named after its type locality, Fujian. Remarks. The new species is similar to Indonemoura hubeiensis, but may be separated from the latter by the following features: terga 9 and 10 each with two groups of tiny spines at mid­posterior margin; outer lobe of paraproct rather wide apically with two long curved spines, of which the outer spine of the left outer lobe is forked; inner lobe of paraproct curved upward and triangular. Outer lobe of paraproct strongly sclerotized with beak­shaped apex. Male. Body length 4.4 mm; forewing length 7.5 mm, hindwing length 6.3 mm. Head and compound eyes dark brown, antennae yellowish, mouthparts brown. Thorax yellow. Legs yellowish. Wings hyaline. Abdomen brownish and cerci brown; hairs on abdomen mostly pale. Terminalia (Figs. 6 – 10): Tergum 9 weakly sclerotized, with a row of large spines at posterior margin. Sternum 9 with claviform vesicle; subgenital plate basally wide, then distinctly tapering toward tip. Tergum 10 weakly sclerotized, with hind margin mostly sclerotized and with two groups of tiny spines at middle. Cercus longer than wide, slightly sclerotized and constricted medially. Epiproct broad at base, extending to a narrowed, rhombic tip, curved downward apically; dorsal sclerite bearing two groups of black spines, with small concavity medially; ventral sclerite strongly sclerotized, broad at base and becoming narrower toward apex, expanded ventrally into keel­shaped ridge with many black spines. Paraproct divided into three lobes: outer lobe distinctly sclerotized with beak­shaped tip, slightly extended beyond median lobe; median lobe slightly sclerotized, broad at base and gradually tapering toward apex, adhering to outer lobe laterally; inner lobe sclerotized, with pointed tip, shorter than median lobe. Female. Unknown. Type Material. Holotype 1 male, CHINA: Fujian, Wuyi Mountain, Masu, 2004. V. 5, X. Y. Liu. Distribution. China (Fujian). Etymology. The specific name refers to its type locality. Remarks. The new species is easily distinguished from the other species of the genus Indonemoura by the epiproct with the rhombic tip curved downward and dorsal sclerite of the epiproct with two groups of spines and small concavity.
