Antenna with 31 flagellomeres; basal flagellomeres relatively slender, first flagellomere 2.5 × longer than wide apically. Head transverse, width 2.3 × its length in dorsal view. Temple narrow behind eye, in dorsal view 0.4 × as long as eye width. Interocellar distance 2.5 × ocello-ocular distance, 2.0 × between median and lateral ocelli and 2.0 × diameter of ocelli. Inner eye orbits indented and weakly convergent ventrally. Genal carina not bent outwards ventrally, reaching hypostomal carina before mandibular base. Malar space 0.6 × as long as basal width of mandible. Face rugulose-punctate, flat in profile, narrowed ventrally, minimal width of face 0.6 × as long as eye length and 0.8 × as long as width of frons. Clypeus rugulose, weakly convex in profile, apical margin convex. Mesosoma. Pronotum rugulose-punctate above, trans-striate below. Mesoscutum granulose, rugulose in notaulic area. Antenna with 35 flagellomeres; basal flagellomeres relatively slender, first flagellomere about 2.6 × as long as wide apically. Head transverse, width 2.2 × its length in dorsal view. Temple narrow behind eye, in dorsal view about 0.5 × as long as eye. Interocellar distance about 2.0 × ocello-ocular distance, 2.0 × between median and lateral ocelli and 1.8 × diameter of ocelli. Inner eye orbits indented and weakly convergent ventrally. Genal carina not bent outwards ventrally, reaching hypostomal carina before mandibular base. Malar space 0.25 × as long as basal width of mandible. Face rugose, flat in profile, narrowed ventrally, minimal width of face 0.55 × as long as eye length and 0.9 × as long as width of frons. Clypeus granulose, weakly convex in profile, apical margin convex. Mesosoma. Pronotum rugulose above, trans-striate below. Mesoscutum granulate-punctate, rugulose in notaulic area. Scutellum and metascutellum rugulose-punctate. Mesopleuron rugulose-punctate above, rugulose below, trans-striate below subtegular ridge; speculum smooth and shiny. Metapleuron rugulose-punctate, with lower portion rugose, juxtacoxal carina indistinct. Propodeum rugulose laterally, strongly rugose-reticulate dorsally, with median groove moderately narrow and deep, trans-striate; basal carina close to propodeal base; medio-longitudinal carina absent; lateral longitudinal carina absent; apical transverse carina distinct laterally and costulae absent; propodeal spiracle oval. Wing. Fore wing areolet small with a short stalk emitting second recurrent vein from its apical part. Radial cell very short, distal part of surrounding vein about 1.6 × longer than the proximal one. Nervulus distad of basal vein by 0.2 its length. External angles of discal cell acute (75 °). Hind wing with nervellus almost vertical, not intercepted. Legs. Hind femur 4.8 × longer than wide. Inner spur of hind tibia about 0.7 × as long as first tarsomere of hind tarsus. Metasoma. Tergites from third tergite on compressed. First tergite short, stout, widened apically, 3.4 × longer than its apical width, about 1.5 × longer than second tergite, and as long as hind femur. Second tergite 2.1 × longer than its apical width; thyridium drop-shaped, its distance from basal margin of tergite about equal to its length. Third tergite 1.6 × longer than its apical width. Ovipositor sheath short, slightly extending behind metasomal apex. Colour. Black. Mandible yellowish brown medially, basally and apically dark brown. Scape and pedicel yellowish brown. Tegulae yellowish brown. Coxae blackish brown; all legs yellowish brown with hind tibia apically and tarsus except basal 0.1 of basal tarsi segment, blackish brown. First and second metasomal tergites black but apically reddish brown, remainder of metasoma reddish brown. Variation. Antenna with 34 – 37 flagellomeres, first flagellomere 2.1 – 2.8 × longer than wide apically. Malar space 0.2 – 0.3 × as long as basal width of mandible. Interocellar distance 1.8 – 2.2 × ocello-ocular distance. Face rugose to rugose-punctate. Hind femur 4.6 – 5.0 × longer than wide. First tergite 3.2 – 3.9 × longer than its apical width. Scape and pedicel yellowish brown to brown. Male. Sculpture of propodeum stronger than in female. Fore and mid leg yellowish brown with trochanters apically, trochantellus, femur apically and outward of tibia whitish yellow, mid coxa brown; hind coxa blackish brown, trochanters yellowish brown, femur yellowish brown with apically whitish, tibia yellowish brown with basally whitish, tarsus brown. First and second metasomal tergites black with its apical reddish brown, remainder of the metasoma yellowish brown. Variation. Antenna with 33 flagellomeres; basal flagellomeres relatively slender, first flagellomere about 3.0 × longer than wide apically; preapical flagellomeres slightly longer than wide. Head transverse, width 2.2 × its length in dorsal view. Temple short, narrow behind eye, in dorsal view about 0.5 × as long as eye width. Interocellar distance about 1.3 × ocello-ocular distance, 1.3 × between median and lateral ocelli and 1.5 × diameter of ocelli. Inner eye orbits indented and weakly convergent ventrally. Occipital carina not bent outwards ventrally, reaching hypostomal carina little before mandibular base. Malar space 0.5 × as long as basal width of mandible. Face rugulose, flat in profile, narrowed ventrally, minimal width of face 0.5 × as long as eye length and 0.9 × as long as width of frons. Clypeus rugulose, weakly convex in profile, apical margin convex. Mesosoma. Pronotum rugulose dorsally, trans-striate ventrally. Mesoscutum granulate, rugulose in notaulic area. Scutellum and metascutellum rugulose-punctate. mesopleuron granulate above, finely rugulose below with small and sparse punctate, trans-striate below subtegular ridge; speculum largely shiny, almost smooth. Metapleuron mat, with lower portion rugulose, juxtacoxal carina absent. Side of propodeum rugulose, dorsally rugose, with median groove broad and shallow, and trans-striate; basal carina indistinct; medio-longitudinal carina absent; lateral longitudinal carina absent; apical carina weak; costulae absent; propodeal spiracle oval. Wing. Fore wing with relatively small petiolate areolet, emitting second recurrent vein little behind middle. Second intercubitus vein weakly pigmented. Radial cell very short, distal part of surrounding vein about 1.5 × longer than proximal one. Nervulus only slightly distad of basal vein. External angles of discal cell acute (75 °). Hind wing with nervellus not intercepted and strongly reclivous. Legs. Hind femur 4.5 × longer than wide. Inner spur of hind tibia about 0.7 × as long as first tarsomere of hind tarsus. Metasoma. First tergite short, stout, strongly widened apically, 4.3 × longer than its apical width, 1.1 × longer than second tergite, shorter than hind femur, without glymma; dorso-median carina of first tergite absent. Second tergite 2.0 × longer than its apical width; thyridium drop-shaped, its distance from basal margin of tergite about equal to its length. Third to six tergites about as long as its apical width. Ovipositor sheath short, slightly extending beyond metasomal apex. Colour. Black. Mandible except teeth blackish brown. Scape and pedicel dark brown. Tegulae brown. Fore and mid leg coxae and trochanters black, femura yellowish brown, tibiae whitish dorsally, yellowish brown ventrally, base of basitarsus whitish, remainder of tarsus brownish; hind leg coxa and trochanter black, femur yellowish brown with basally and apically darken, base of tibia whitish and middle dorsal part of tibia yellowish brown, basal 0.2 of hind basitarsus whitish, rest of the leg brownish. Metasoma wholly black with apcial segments partly brownish. Variation. Body length 6.5 – 6.8 mm; fore wing length 3.7 – 4.3 mm. Antenna with 33 – 35 flagellomeres. Antenna with at least 24 flagellomeres (apical segments missing); basal flagellomeres relatively slender, first flagellomere about 2.5 × longer than wide apically. Head transverse, width 2.3 × its length in dorsal view. Temple narrow behind eye, in dorsal view about 0.4 × as long as eye width. Interocellar distance about 1.9 × ocello-ocular distance, 2.0 × between median and lateral ocelli and 1.5 × diameter of ocelli. Inner eye orbits indented and weakly convergent ventrally. Genal carina slightly bent outwards ventrally, reaching hypostomal carina at mandibular base. Malar space 0.5 × as long as basal width of mandible. Face granulate, flat in profile, narrowed ventrally, minimal width of face 0.6 × as long as eye length and 0.9 × as long as width of frons. Clypeus granulate, weakly convex in profile, apical margin truncate. Mesosoma. Pronotum mat granulate dorsally, trans-striate below. Mesoscutum granulose. Scutellum granulose above and granulate-rugulose below. Metascutellum granulate-rugulose. Mesopleuron granulate, very weakly trans-striate below subtegular ridge; speculum flat, granulose. Metapleuron granulate, with ventral portion rugulose, juxtacoxal carina absent. Propodeum rugulose laterally, rugose dorsally, with median groove broad and shallow, weakly trans-striate; basal carina separated from base, basal area nearly rectangular; medio-longitudinal carina, lateral longitudinal carina, apical transverse carina and costulae all distinctly present; propodeal spiracle oval. Wing. Fore wing areolet small with a short stalk emitting second recurrent vein from its apical part. Radial cell very short, distal part of surrounding vein about 2.0 × longer than proximal one. Nervulus a little distad of basal vein. External angles of discal cell acute (75 °). Hind wing with nervellus vertical, intercepted at lower 0.15. Legs. Hind femur 4.0 × longer than wide. Inner spur of hind tibia about 0.6 × as long as first tarsomere of hind tarsus. Metasoma. Metasoma cylindrical. First tergite short, stout, strongly widened apically, 2.5 × longer than its apical width, about 1.5 × longer than second tergite, 0.8 × as long as hind femur. Second tergite 1.1 × longer than its apical width; thyridium circular, its distance from basal margin of tergite about equal to its length. Third tergite shorter than its apical width. Interocellar distance about 1.7 × ocello-ocular distance, 2.0 × distance between median and lateral ocelli and 1.7 × diameter of ocelli. Inner eye orbits indented and weakly convergent ventrally. Genal carina slightly bent outwards ventrally, reaching hypostomal carina at mandibular base. Malar space 0.6 × as long as basal width of mandible. Antenna with 32 flagellomeres; basal flagellomeres relatively slender, first flagellomere about 2.3 × longer than wide apically; preapical flagellomeres slightly longer than wide. Head transverse, width 2.4 × its length in dorsal view. Temple short, strongly narrowed behind eye, in dorsal view about 0.5 × as long as eye width. Interocellar distance 2.6 × ocello-ocular distance, 2.1 × distance between median and lateral ocelli and 2.0 × diameter of ocelli. Inner eye orbits indented and weakly convergent ventrally. Genal carina bent outwards ventrally, reaching mandibular base in an angle of 90 °. Malar space 0.5 × as long as basal width of mandible. Face rugulose, flat in profile, narrowed ventrally, minimal width of face 0.5 × as long as eye length and 0.8 × as long as width of frons. Clypeus rugulose, weakly convex in profile, apical margin convex. Mesosoma. Pronotum rugulose above, trans-striate below. Mesoscutum granulate-punctate, rugulose in notaulic area. Scutellum and metascutellum rugulose-punctate. Mesopleuron rugulose-punctate, trans-striate below subtegular ridge; speculum granulate, mat. Metapleuron rugulose-punctate, with ventral part rugose, juxtacoxal carina distinct. Side of propodeum rugose, dorsally rugose-reticulate, with median groove broad and relatively deep, and trans-striate; basal carina indistinct; medio-longitudinal carina absent; lateral longitudinal carina indistinct; apical carina distinct on sides; costulae absent; propodeal spiracle oval. Wing. Fore wing with areolet large with a short stalk, emitting second recurrent vein from its middle. Second intercubitus vein weakly pigmented. Radial cell very short, distal part of surrounding vein about 1.5 × longer than proximal one. Nervulus distad of basal vein by 0.2 × its length. External angles of discal cell acute (70 °). Hind wing with nervellus not intercepted and strongly reclivous. Legs. Hind femur 4.7 × longer than wide. Inner spur of hind tibia about 0.7 × as long as first tarsomere of hind tarsus. Metasoma. First tergite short, stout, strongly widened apically, 3.3 × longer than its apical width, 1.2 × longer than second tergite, longer than hind femur. Second tergite 2.1 × longer than its apical width; thyridium drop-shaped, its distance from basal margin of tergite about 1.8 × its length; third tergite about as long as its apical width. Ovipositor sheath short, not extending behind metasomal apex. Colour. Black. Mandible except teeth blackish brown. Scape and pedicel dark brown. Tegulae yellow. Fore and mid leg coxae and trochanters black, femora yellowish-brown, tibiae yellowish dorsally, brownish ventrally, base of hind basitarsus whitish, remainder of tarsus brownish; hind leg coxa and trochanter black, femur yellowish-brown with basally and apically darken, middle dorsal part of tibia whitish, basal 0.2 of hind basitarsus segments whitish, remainder of the leg brownish. Viariation. Juxtacoxal carina indistinct to distinct. Basal carina of propodeum indistinct to absent; side of propodeum rugulose to rugose; lateral longitudinal carina absent to indistinct. Male.
